What documents do I need to rent a Big Bike?
To rent a big bike over 150 CC, you will need a valid driver’s license and a credit card or debit in your name. International visitors may be required to provide additional documentation such as a passport and an international driver’s license or national licence will do. Security deposit

Can I rent a big bike if I’m under 25 years old?
Yes, we offer rentals to individuals who are 21 years or older. However, drivers between the ages of 21 and 24 may be subject to us checking if you are capable of driving the vehicle safely. Contact our customer service team for more information.
Do I need insurance to rent a car?
Yes, insurance is not enforced by most rental businesses on Koh Lanta, but we offer accident insurance to our customers, if you wish the extra safety to rent a bike We offer several insurance options to meet your needs, including collision damage waiver and liability coverage. Our team will guide you through the insurance process and ensure you have the necessary coverage for a worry-free rental experience.
What happens if I return the car late?
If you’re running late to your scheduled appointment or booking, don’t worry – we’ve got you covered. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we’re happy to accommodate you with a 1 hour grace period. This means that if you’re running behind schedule, you have an extra hour to arrive without incurring any additional charges. However, please note that after this 1 hour window has passed, a late fee will be applied to your booking. The late fee is calculated as the price of a half-day, which is a reasonable and fair adjustment to compensate for the inconvenience caused. To avoid any extra charges, we kindly request that you notify us as soon as possible if you’re running late. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly and minimize any disruption to our operations.
